Toddy Shop® invites guests to experience Raga: The Tempo of Spice, a dining experience that explores the intersection of sound, language, and food through a curated evening of flavor and storytelling powered by Istorya, a beloved local creative agency and cultural storytelling hub.

Designed as a sensory journey through South India, the experience moves across regions, highlighting the languages spoken, the music that defines each place, and the dishes that tell their stories, alongside narrative and sound, creating a rhythm that guides guests through culture, memory, and taste.

The evening ultimately returns to Kerala, the heart of Toddy Shop®, where the spirit of the traditional toddy shop brings the journey full circle.

Hosted in a venue built around music and sound, Raga: The Tempo of Spice is an experience meant to be heard, felt, and tasted.

Chef Hemant will serve a Toddy Shop style "girl dinner", while Celebrity Mixologist Chris Militello of Craft Speakeasy brings sparkling cocktails to life at the bar, setting the tone for a lively, fun-filled evening.
